Join us on Zoom in the comfort of wherever you are for this five week series. We will explore different meditation styles as well as how specific breathing techniques can help deepen your yoga and meditation practice and help you relax, focus, and energize all aspects of your life.
Our discussion begins with diaphragmatic breathing, practicing the foundation for breathing in a way that supports you in all you do. We will then work thru alternate nostril breathing, fire and bellows breath, breath retention and a cooling recharging breath technique followed by a variety in seated or reclined meditation. There will be a chance to share and answer questions together and each session will be recorded to visit thru the week and for after our time together ends.
