Let's visualize and manifest together! School will be back in session and the Fall is going to fly by...what do your truly desire to create or evolve into by the end of the year and into 2018?
Thru a specific series of poses and meditation you will be led on a journey to discover, articulate and commit to the intentions, goals and visions you want to call into your life!
Starting with an all levels Yoga practice designed to stir the creative juices, and get into actualizing mode, moving thru a manifestation meditation and then putting it down on paper with pictures, words, and color, you will leave with your unique vision board.
We will practice in the fresh air, please bring a mat, a towel and water bottle. We have yoga mats if needed and props, as well as the poster board, magazines and all supplies for the vision board.
